Life super happens. In the event that it should absolutely interfere with your RX Super Spa appointment please provide 24 hour notice for any changes related to bookings.

For refunds or package cancellations please call your RX Super Spa location. Refunds will be returned to the card that was used or paid in cash where cash was paid for the service. Where service packages have been purchased, refunds will be prorated based on usage. In the event that more than 1 appointment is missed without notifying the spa, a $50 fee will be applied to your account.

In the event of a product return, only unopened product still in it’s original packaging may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you believe a product you purchased is faulty or expired, please check the expiry date and return it to the RX Super Spa where it was purchased where it can be exchanged for a new product of equal value.
